Key Responsibilities
Planning & Monitoring Process:
• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
• Ensure the employment hiring (Part time or Full time) Category for each new hires as per the job requirements and his qualifications.
• Monitoring the monthly actual HR cost versus plan & Take corrective action in case of deviation from the target
• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers
• Make sure that the Leaves Processing is under control and comply with law and organization’s procedures; leave types.
Operation Excellence Process:
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
• Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees, following up on work result.
• Secure company legal situation in case of employees Ending of Services.
• Responsible for maintaining electronic/online services for all governmental websites
• Track & monitor all expiry dates, deadlines for iqama, leasing contracts, exit entry visas, work visas, visit visa licenses etc. and start the renewal process as per the agreed timescale.
• Provide proactive support and advice with regard to Saudization, visas, and MOL degrees and solve problems with staff if any.
Customer Satisfaction Process:

• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures,
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions and also To secure the hospital legal situation regarding employees’ contracting, social insurance registration/release, and all related issues with labor office.
• Assure that employees monthly Salaries paid on time and to be calculated as per the taxes, social and labor laws.
Innovation Process:
• Revisit the salary scale and compare it with the market rates, in cooperation Compensation and Benefits Team, and recommends the necessary changes accordingly on annual basis.

Education :
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
3-4 years experience, Minimum 1 year as a senior
