Job Description
- Sets product recipes, including proper plc parameters, and controls production variables to meet product specifications.
- Ensures process stability during production and acts timeously to address any deviation.
- Finds solutions to production or technical issues to improve equipment performance.
- Tackles quality issues in cooperation with quality, production, and technical team.
- Analyses the root cause of quality issues and suggests solutions, improvements or alternative actions to ensure production continuity.
- Supports technical staff to solve minor technical problems affecting the quality of the product and production process, focusing on the relationship between specific parameters and the desired result.
- Ensures effective communication between team and Manager.
- Interacts with different business functions to drive high performance culture.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process simulations
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Engineering
