Job Description
- Manage the company’s financial planning
- Preparing the strategic financial plan based on modern financial planning methods.
- Participate in setting the company's financial goals based on the directives of the Board of Directors
- Supporting the Board of Directors in making financial and investment decisions. Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and to company staff.
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Oversees the organization’s financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
- Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of successful experience in senior leadership, preferably in real estate .
- Strong analysis, judgment and strategic thinking, including the creation of business and strategic plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering relationships with the funding bank, regulator, partners and all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, CPA
- Thorough understanding of the laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
