Job Description

  • Managing consultant's Medical practice in the UK
  • Arranging Consultant's professional diaries
  • Sending all correspondence to all relevant parties
  • Dealing with Emails & Phone calls on behalf of the consultant
  • Liaising between medical consultant ( Doctor ) , hospital personnel, Patients & Insurance companies.
  • Ensuring that all patients' requests are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Moderating & facilitating the workflow.
  • Proactively take actions to avoid any future business issues to maintain work quality are deliverable.

Days off: Saturday & Sunday ( Following UK calendar )
Working hours: Summer Time: 10 AM - 6 PM, Winter Time: 11AM - 7 PM (including 1-Hour break)

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker is a must
  • High Communication Skills
  • Multitasker and Customer focused
  • Males are preferred
