Job Description

  • Preparing reports, memos, emails and other documents as requested.
  • Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress as assigned by the CBO.
  • Scheduling the CBO’s calendars and setting up meetings
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail for the CBO.
  • Provide general administrative support for the CBO.
  • Coordinates events, including conferences and seminars.
  • Supervise smooth implementation of the events.
  • Supervise gathering of confirmations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fluent English
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Excellent level of verbal and written communications skills.
