Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers on the status of orders.
Conduct thorough reviews of shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the export process.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including shipping documents, contracts, and compliance records.
Stay up to date with changes in export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
Identify opportunities to optimize export processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

4-6 years of Experience.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages is a plus.
Proven experience in export logistics, preferably in a multinational company.
In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Familiarity with export documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing export documentation and records.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
