Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Determine and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Determine gaps between business requirement and system , and solutions to address the gaps.
- Document the solution design document based on gaps identified , as well as for the standard functions to meet the business needs
- Ability to partner with the business and put in strong process and controls
- Develop the solution and ensure the end solution meets the defined requirements as listed in the solution design documents
- Testing of above design with detail test scenario and steps
- Expectation to be hands on - prepared to get into the detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Provide support in resolving the support tickets on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP
- Any other ad - hoc duties as and when required
- Backup / Restore the SQL Database
Job Requirements
- Experience in AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 for finance & operations.
- Functional consultant should be good in MS dynamics AX.
- Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in Modules like Procurement & sourcing, Sales & distribution, Inventory & warehouse Management.
- Experience in requirement gathering process interacting with client.
- Experience in preparing functional specification with gap-fit analysis.
- Should have worked on data upload / migration activity in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
- Arabic Language is necessary.
- 4+ years’ experience of Dynamics AX
