- We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for receiving & answering inquiries for quotations for international shipping rates over the phone, forward them to other team members for closing the deal, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Job Requirements
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
- Must be target-oriented.
- Professional work ethic. (Self-Starter)
- Internet Speed: 10 Megabyte download and 2 Megabyte upload as a minimum.
