Job Description

Sales

  • Achieve assigned Projects from the Sales Manager.
  • Present and actively follow up on quotations to secure business.
  • Utilize all opportunities to sell additional / certain products to clients according to project budget.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Pursue and build business and relationships through proactive selling.

Submittal of Sales Order/ Tender.

  • Follow up with Design & Technical Office team on preparing technical, Design presentation with reference to client preference and budget.
  • Follow up with Tenders & Costing team to get the proper quotation in due time & ensure price quality.
  • Review issued proposal to ensure compliance of BOQ and product selection according client requirements.
  • Apply modification based on client feedback if needed.

Oversee project / SO internal processing.

  • Process client PO once received.
  • Guarantee quality of work and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure creating sales order or project number on ERP by Document Controller.
  • Raise request to Finance to issue Letter of Grantee if requested by client.
  • Oversee the advanced payment invoice processing till collection.
  • Submit proforma invoice to Procurement to start on confirming the purchasing process with suppliers.
  • Follow up with Procurement that order is being manufacturing according to time schedule.
  • Revise and confirm on packing list of order before shipping it by supplier.
  • Oversee with Logistic the clearance of the order, until transport it from port to company warehouse or project site.
  • Make sure that Project Manager receive coded Installation layout “plan” from Design team.
  • Release order according to installation plan from warehouse, by issuing movement request to project site.
  • Ensure receiving signed Delivery Note from client representative with the moved items to project site.
  • Account Manager will hand over the signed Delivery Note to Finance to start invoicing cycle.
  • Ensure final invoice collection on time.

Reporting

  • Prepare, analyze and compose periodical quantitative reports regarding work schedule deviations and achievements. 
  • Follow up report on running projects
  • Weekly plan with work schedule priorities and customer visits.
  • Quarterly report with award sales orders, and collection status.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine/ Applied Arts or Architect Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales activities.
  • Excellent user for Microsoft Office, especially excel, word, PowerPoint & AutoCAD.
  • Glazed and Demountable partitions is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent Negotiation, Presentation & Communications skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Self-confident & motivated.
