Job Description
- Supervise each child’s admission, placement, and withdrawal according to established procedures
- To plan and implement the curriculum to ensure a well-run, purposeful, engaging, and child-centered programmer responsive to children’s needs.
- Ensures the planning for instruction and student achievement.
- Prepare a roster of children enrolled annually.
- Supervise the instructional program and daily operation of the program
- Handle emergencies and injuries in a safe and professional matter
- Supervise and evaluate kindergarten staff members according to a planned strategy
- Develops, implements, and monitors outcomes of the school improvement plan.
- Assist in building a curriculum for International School
- Overseeing the day-to-day management
- Perform administrative tasks
- Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education
- Promotes the use of technology to enhance student learning
- Creates, develops, and sustains relationships that result in active student engagement in the learning process
- Support the employee selection process.
- Implementing policies and directives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or other relevant fields with a teaching qualification
- Ten year’s educational experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in a British Education (desirable)
- Exhibits leadership qualities.
- Has a clear and effective vision.
- Problem solver.
- Experience in both national or/and international schools.
