Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote travel services, converting leads into sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all travel packages, services, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-up calls, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and budget of clients to qualify leads and recommend appropriate travel packages.
- Sales Reporting: Record and track sales performance and daily activities, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as insurance, guided tours, or upgrades, enhancing client experience and increasing sales value.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions to close sales effectively.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team: Coordinate with the broader sales team to ensure alignment on goals and share insights on customer feedback.
- Market Research: Gather information on competitors' offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for strategy development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and sales practices in all client interactions.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions with clients in CRM systems, maintaining detailed records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets as defined by the management.
- Continuous Learning: Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Customer Retention: Develop strategies for client retention, focusing on long-term customer loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Actively collect feedback from clients and communicate it to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
