Job Description

  1. Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication plans for different private and public sector client, ensure consistent messaging, and align with the organization's goals.
  2. Internal Communications: Develop strategies to ensure effective communication within the company, including managing internal communication channels like newsletters, emails, and promotional videos. 
  3. Crisis Communications: assist the Regional Marketing Director in crisis communication efforts, including immediate response strategies, to protect the company’s reputation in challenging situations.
  4. Content Management: Align with the creative & Digital Marketing team for the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms including the company website, social media, and Marketing campaigns. 
  5. Brand Management: Ensure all communication activities are consistent with the brand’s identity and brand equity.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the communications team, setting clear goals and ensuring professional development.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to address communication & project’s needs.
  9. Event Management: Coordinate and manage company events, including press conferences, interviews, and public appearances.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a communication role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing effective communication & Marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Excellent English & Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in digital communication platforms and social media.
  • Strong understanding brand management.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment, with occasional travel for events and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
