Job Description
- Contributes to the definition for scope of handover to operations
- Participates in the definition and ensures consistent execution of operational procedures.
- Executes 1st level service desk for IT service portfolio.
- Executes 2nd and assists 3rd level support for all relevant IT solutions.
- Picks up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents.
- Administrates, monitors, and operates existing IT systems.
- Creates, approves, manages, and maintains IT continuity plans.
- Administrates and manages user identity and access to IT systems.
- Ensures security protection and technical realizations for IT systems.
Job Requirements
- Relative University Degree Preferably (Bachelor of Engineering).
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Networking & knowledge management.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Persuasive power.
