Job Summary:

To monitor the environment in Sterile Department and share in qualification.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Perform environmental monitoring activities in sterile area during production process.
• Perform area qualifications with different methods for sterile and non-sterile area.
• Perform media fill test for all sterile production lines.
• Monitor all temperature measuring devices (Data Logger) and ensure the results within limits and storage of the records.
• Collect a water samples and cleaning validation sample from the sterile area.
• Participate in issuing and updating the SOPs relevant to sterile manufacturing.
• Report the result of different tests.
• Perform environmental test results for the area & trend analysis of data.
