Job Description

Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project)

Job description:
1)Communicating with customers via selected channels.
2)Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
3)Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
4)Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
5)Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
