Job Description
- Road9 Media is looking for a sales rep with good artistic sense, to handle sales of our customers' products over online & offline channels. Retailing products types will vary according to our customers' needs, including but not limited to, artwork, & fashion products.
Managing the sales of multiple online businesses from multiple online & offline channels, including
- Online shops
- Social media
- Offline gallery
- Offline Bazaars
- Work will be from our premises in Maadi.
- Managing products inventory level & report on each inventory reordering point.
- Managing products on our customers’ eCommerce online shops, in terms of publishing, updating, pricing, & inventory updating.
- Receiving & handling all sales leads from the request to fulfillment.
- Communicating with shipping partners or personnel to manage products fulfillment & cash collection if necessary.
- Moderating customers’ social media, by answering all sales inquiries.
- Manage the packaging process for each product type according to a specific packaging process to each product.
- Read sales reports & consult customers with the best selling products, & buyers criteria.
- Managing customers’ social media communities such as Facebook groups to increase sales.
- Preparing & selling on regular galleries & exhibitions, according to relevance to each managed online business.
Job Requirements
- Artistic background or major
- Excellent commands in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor degree in communication related major.
- Previous proven experience in online sales.
- Previous proven experience in social media management &/or eCommerce management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High organization & operation skills.
