Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members.
 

Responsibilities 

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
