Job Description
1. Participate in the development of the Production Schedules &
Material Requirement Plans by identifying and collecting the
information required in addition to monitoring the efficiency of the
developed plans, and documenting all annual, quarterly, monthly
and weekly plans established by the Supply Planning
2. Develop the prioritization of the job-orders for production
3. Participate and analyze demand plans quarterly and monthly to
utilize them as an input in generating the Production Schedules and
Material Requirement
4. Issue all orders for the dispensing/dispatching of raw and packaging
materials for the production according to the monthly production
plan
5. Planning of all raw materials and packaging required to achieve the
proposed plan as per material requirement plane
6. Issuing Purchasing Request for raw and packaging material and
deliver to purchasing department
7. Documenting all annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans
established by the Planning Department to use them as a reference
for the future
8. Following up on new, incoming and outgoing orders for raw and finished products
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as production planner
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Good at math and statistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Degree is preferred
