- Achieve sales target in term of “volume, customers & products”.
- Follow up market update and info from Internet and his team.
- Find new customers and build strong relationship with them.
- Follow up and solving any issues in his area.
- Follow development plan based on company strategy.
- Making pricing in monthly basis based on Team Leader advice & MGP.
- Follow up and arrange meetings with our customers in monthly basis.
- Follow up company ash for the AR of his area.
- Make weekly & monthly report.
- Managing key account clients.
- Managing on ground Sales Rep / Sales Exc. Team in his area.
- Reporting to Sales Team Leader of his Area.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field “preferred in Business administration”.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in international business in a reputable company (2 years in polymers Plastic raw materials' sector is a plus)
- Experience in North Africa market is a plus.
- Export operation knowledge.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Good command of English language.
- Vey good command of French language is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Talent in how to build business relationship with customers.
