Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our interior design team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly selling our design and execution services to potential clients. Your goal is to understand clients' needs, present our design solutions, and close sales by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.

Sales Presentations:
Present our interior design solutions and execution services to clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and virtual consultations.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Proposal Development:
Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on the client’s requirements and budget.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of the projects as per client expectations.

Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into signed contracts.

Market Insights:
Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after project completion to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in interior design, architecture, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and the execution process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking.
