EXECUTIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TASKS
- Provides high-level administrative support to executives
- Enhancing their productivity and ensuring smooth office operations
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Be responsible for preparing reports, conducting research, and overseeing special projects as needed
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, phone management, and document preparation
BUSINESS SUPPORT SCOPE
- Provides vital administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient running of the organization
- This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing communications, coordinating projects, and supporting business operations across departments
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives and enhances team productivity through effective collaboration and organization
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive awareness
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with clients, partners, and team members effectively
- Support data entry and maintain databases for tracking projects and business operations
- Monitor supplies and manage inventory; coordinate procurement of necessary resources
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing solutions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- FEMALES ONLY (PERSONAL PHOTO REQUIRED)
- Presentable with Professional & Social attitude
- Experience in same field or similar not less than 5 years

- Fluent English is a must - with good standard of Arabic Language
