Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs and develop proactive workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent via active and passive channels.
- Strengthen Somabay’s employer brand through digital presence, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Monitor and analyze talent acquisition metrics to drive ongoing improvement.
- Design and deliver OD initiatives in leadership development, cultural alignment, and team effectiveness.
- Manage performance management processes to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness.
- Support competency development and career pathing frameworks.
- Contribute to employee engagement strategies and action plans.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, assessments, and surveys to guide OD interventions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience in both talent acquisition and OD disciplines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
