Preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications)
Computer-aided design using AUTO CAD & REVIT software and tools related to HVAC discipline.
HVAC design, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection, Smoke extraction systems.

Strong Communication skills.
Mastering AutoCAD.
Mastering Duct and pipe sizing.
Mastering MEP Revit.
Well versed in local codes and practices
Well versed in industry standards
Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical power/Mechatronics Engineering.
Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, Egyptian code & international standards of HVAC.
Previous experience in preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications).
Previous experience in different types of projects (Hospitals, Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use).
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection
Time management and organization skills
Familiar with the local market and have good knowledge of the materials/equipment suppliers.
