Customer Service & Cost Controlling Senior Specialist Group : Mercedes-Benz Group AG

Description



Reporting and Analysis:



Support Planning and Controlling Manager in providing insightful and value adding analysis and recommendations that maximize the benefit of exposure to the whole Planning and Controlling. Supervise monthly analysis of general and administrative expenses against prior year and budget. Support the validation of accounting transactions and the construction of monthly profit and loss statements for all business units. Supervise annual accrual/provisions creation and monthly reconciliations with Accounting Team. Support Planning and Controlling Manager in auditing dealer’s financial Statements. Supervise the preparation of monthly profit and loss statement, expected actuals, and the fulfillment of the management dashboard. Conduct business case analysis for new investments supported by profit and loss analysis to enhance decision making process.

Expected/Actual:



Direct matching actual monthly results with the budgets and projects forecast. Responsible for the preparation of forecasts, budget, and actuals, for passenger cars and customer service business in order to ensure there is a clear variance analysis.

Internal Control:



Conduct and perform the planning activities according to Mercedes-Benz Egypt compliance package which includes the following:
A) Procurements related controls regarding anti-bribery activities
B) Adherence to right routing policies
C) Bill of Authority following
D) Contract management process and legalizations
Provide expl anations and business solutions to management to help mitigate the risks.

Operative Plan:



Responsible for the preparation of annual and semi-annual operative plan of Customer Service business including:
- Sales Planning
- Pricing and margin calculations
- Revenues
- Cost of Sales
- Fixed Cost
- Marketing Expenses
- Financial Results
- Non-Operating Items
Responsible for the preparation of annual and semi-annual G&A plan for MBEg locations and the warehouse

Qualifications



Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics MBA/CMA is Preferable 3-5 of years of Experience in a related field

Technical Skills:



Economics & Financial Principals Knowledge Excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

Soft Skills/Individual Competence:



Ability to work under pressure. Problem Solving Skills Excellent Communication Skills Ability to Collaborate and work in a team
