Job Description
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales.
- Increase customers understanding Of company projects
- Follow-up on resolving customer concerns with concerned teams
- Ensure that all activities are accomplished within the pre-determined SLA
- Perform regular monitoring to sales team calls and assures compliance with standards
- Set periodic check reviews for the implemented plan and list of corrective actions if needed
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Support in developing monthly plans for sales team
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales team
- Set clear team goals
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Job Requirements
Education:
- University degree –Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Business certificate is preferred.
Experience:
- +7 years’ experience in the same field
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager

- Hands-on experience in all aspects of sales process from plan to close.
