Job Description: Our tech start-up is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital products that meet our users' needs. You will work closely with the product team to design and execute innovative solutions that balance user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders and developers.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Continuously evaluate design solutions and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and product performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design / Front End Development
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and design systems.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in designing mobile and web applications for iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and ReactJS
- Can create components in ReactJS.
