Job Description

  • Handle all Inbound and Outbound calls of the call center department.
  • Call Clients and Customers to inform them about the foundation main scope and activities.
  • Manage and solve all customers inquiries, requests, and complaints in coordination with other departments.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  •  Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  •  Exceptional communication skills.
