Job Description
- Handle all Inbound and Outbound calls of the call center department.
- Call Clients and Customers to inform them about the foundation main scope and activities.
- Manage and solve all customers inquiries, requests, and complaints in coordination with other departments.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
