Job Description
- Supervise daily operations and direct subordinates in Care Clinics different branches
- Communicate with doctors regularly to make sure that they are following the clinic protocols, to provide them with any feedback received, and to check if they have any needs
- Bring out the best of subordinate employees by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about their job duties, and that they are always up to date and aware of the clinics offers/deals
- Locate the areas of improvement and proposes preventive/corrective actions to minimize the customers complaints
- Review the daily income (cash & credit), and do all efforts to ensure that all branches achieve the monthly income target
- Coordinate in opening new branches and will be responsible for the establishment process
- Send regular reports to upper management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing medical clinics
- Very Good in English
- Excellent communications & problem-solving skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Able to work from different locations
