Job Description
- Effective management of the sales team. Starting from the primary selection, training, development, coaching guided by regular field visits and performance evaluation.
- Plane with his superior the team sales objectives ( monthly, quarterly , annually) .Areas contribution & potentialities . Plan the HCPs & HCEs coverage/ frequency objectives.
- follow-up closely the sales team to ensure each individual achievements regarding the in-market sales, HCPs coverage, frequency of visits, alignment with the promotional plan, and the set of the qualitative standards.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets ,market share/market share growth within the agreed budgets and timescales.
- Keep an effective & open communication channels vertically & horizontally, within the business unit and the intercompany different functions.
- Keep an effective & open communication channels outside the business unit e.g. Key accounts, KOLs, distributors etc....
- Prepare and submit to her/his superior the required reports as requested and in the due time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science- Human or Veterinary Medicine or General Science
- Minimum 3 Years of experience as first line manager - FLM
- Good command of English language
