Job Description
- Responsible for the sourcing of senior-level candidates by utilizing proactive recruiting initiatives and processes to leverage networking and employee candidate referrals, inclusive of candidate
- Identification, interviewing, and final selection recommendations.
- Use a variety of sourcing and attraction channels to identify, attract and engage with the best possible candidates and drive direct sourcing.
- Provides regular daily reports to the HR Senior Director/Talent Management Lead on the hiring candidate process.
- Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each role.
- Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Previous experience as a Talent acquisition/recruiter (+3 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized & presentable.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
