Job Description

  • Responsible for the sourcing of senior-level candidates by utilizing proactive recruiting initiatives and processes to leverage networking and employee candidate referrals, inclusive of candidate
  • Identification, interviewing, and final selection recommendations.
  • Use a variety of sourcing and attraction channels to identify, attract and engage with the best possible candidates and drive direct sourcing.
  • Provides regular daily reports to the HR Senior Director/Talent Management Lead on the hiring candidate process.
  • Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each role.
  • Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Talent acquisition/recruiter (+3 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized & presentable.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
