Job Description
Job Purpose:
Coordinate with CAT with new programs and visit customers to explain and provide them with different programs based on their needs, provide explanation and training to customers and PSSR on newly developed programs.

Accountabilities
- Follow up on agreed market plan with CAT and MANTRAC in terms of quotations, orders and back orders.
- Follow up on stock levels to maintain stock availability of hydraulic parts.
- Generate new opportunities based on customer needs.
- Explain to customers’ products technicalities while maintaining relationship after closing the deal with coordination of PSSR.
- Conduct market survey prices survey and report them to CAT in order to provide better support of programs.
- Generate quarterly sales report.
- Study MANTRAC hydraulic needs of service and supply chain to the branches and propose new recommendations.
- Coordinate with CAT to provide training on new technologies based technical needs.
The position follows the normal working environment of the organization.
- Indoor: 60%
- Outdoor: 40%
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum experience of 1 years in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills & Consultative Selling Skills.
- Ability to build relationships with different types of personalities & customers.
