Job Description
• Fully supervise daily hotel operations and ensure high-quality guest services.
• Manage and guide the team to achieve maximum efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial goals.
• Coordinate with all departments, such as marketing, catering, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare budgets and manage costs to ensure desired profitability.
• Ensure the hotel complies with local health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate performance to ensure ongoing improvements in service quality.
• Provide periodic financial and administrative performance reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in hotel or hotel unit management, with prior experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems and booking software.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi tourism and hospitality
