Job Description
1- Review all promotion and contract-loaded rates.
2- Yield the loaded rates and make sure our rates are competitive.
3- The disparity issue should be reported to the line manager attached with a screenshot and report with a different date.
4-Void losses and support the data entry team.
5- Delegate with the support team in offline bookings.
6- Allocate all the upcoming expiry promotions to have the renewal through the line manager as a first stage.
7-Rate comparison for 5 hotels on a daily basis in a different report to market these hotels.
8-Working on the lost booking and start shifting the hotel which has a deadline.
9- Manage the staff schedule and Break time sheet.
10-Manage the data entry daily reports on one sheet and send it to the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns
- Relevant training and certifications as a Contracts Specialist
- fluent English
