Senior Specification Engineer

1. Promote & Specify saint gobain solutions in projects with stakeholders
2. Identify project’s needs & requirements through out one to one meeting with stakeholders or projects surveys & follow ups. 
3. Provide high levels of technical support, tools, simulations and project specification packs to architects to reinforce project specifications.
4. Develop strong relationships with key architects & consultants with the view to forming trusting partnerships.
5. Secure specifications are held by tracking the project from design phase to sales phase.
6. Demonstrate technical support competencies to main contractors to reduce risk of downgrades & secure projects with SG products.
7. Communicate internally with departments, to integrate solutions & provide technical support if needed. 
8. Participate in net-working events and seminars.
9. Contribute and participate in regular monthly projects sales meetings.
10. Constant updating of CRM customer database and make additions where applicable.
11. Record, track, update and manage projects in a timely fashion through the companies CRM system.
12. Secure value-added product sales through demonstration of the technical key features and benefits of the company Solutions.
13. Helps in identification of market need in order to create new opportunities to meet stakeholder requirement.
14. Understand the market, competitions to be aware of our selling points & position. 
15. Help to achieve department action plan, according to the company vision & strategy.
16. Regular Reporting to the department Manager. 
17. Actively attend department progress meeting & keep track of the required tasks.
18. Understand & comply with Saint gobain code of conduct & attribute to the attitudes.
