Job Description
- Study and collect all related data of the assigned projects.
- Collect problems and prepare the necessary requests for information documents.
- Review shop/design drawings detail or calculation notes.
- Coordinate and follow up on team progress, emails, technical problems, and final product submission.
- Create and apply project/task special processing tools such as forms, reports, checklists, and software.
- Study any modification orders and handle the job-required time estimation sheets.
- Provide problem-solving, collaboration, decision-making, and technical support for the team.
- Prepare a list of documents and delivery documents of projects.
- Handle some communications with the client.
- Manage client’s problems/ or any non-conformity issues to be solved promptly.
- Analyze the project performance to improve the team performance.
- Develop, improve, motivate and inspire the team members.
- Prepare the evaluation reports for the team.
- Technical formation for new engineers.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Very good command of English.
- Strong experience in AutoCAD/Revit
- Proving Experience in technical office is a must.
- Problem solver
- Good communication skills.
- High teamwork skills.
