Job Description
- Collaborating with higher management to establish and execute sales targets for the assigned Area.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed the target.
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Reviewing Area expenses and recommending improvements.
- Reporting results to the management on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Analyzing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and improving customer relations.
- Developing opportunities and market chances to improve our sales.
- Day to day follow up on competitor activity, promotions, and development.
- Doing market visits to key accounts and special outlets to maintain good relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales (water sector and/or home delivery scope of service"
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Able to balance result orientation with teams' engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
