Job Description
- Set up, operate, maintain and configure CNC machines (Router - Laser - Fiber Laser - Plasma) ensuring they work at full capacity to facilitate the efficient running of production
- Prepare maintenance plans for machines and follow up on implementation
- Take all necessary actions to avoid machine damage and to reduce machine time out
- Create quick plans to fix any sudden malfunction in machine ensuring that damage will not be repeated
- Contact and follow up with vendors and manufacturers of machines and spare parts
- Manage stocks of spare parts and equipment and prepare necessary spare parts for immediate use
- Follow up on Draftsman work in case of installation of new parts of machine or in case of editing/ changing old ones
- Install any part in the machine
- Training and guiding technicians
- Ensure that maintenance plan and maintenance expenses are within approved budget
- Write maintenance reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Electrical Control or Mechanical department are preferred).
- background about Maintainance CNC is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources
- Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-engineers.
