Work with other internal and external resources or vendors to deliver, implement and offer effective support services. Also identify, document and troubleshoot users computing issues to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction and update service order information with accurate documentation of all activities conducted.
Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated calls, respond to enquiries from users.
Contribute to and comply with LinkDev MIS Polices & the IT Operations Manual.
Perform Project Management roles for Infrastructure projects as needed, ensuring work is delivered on-time and to a high quality.
Provide coaching, leadership and technical expertise for other System Engineers Contribute to the development of new platforms and products in conjunction with the design.

Knowledge and experience delivering most of the following services – Mail, Storage (SANs), NTP, DNS, RADIUS, Web, SCCM, Virtualization, DHCP, SharePoint, TFS, Biztalk, CRM, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Cluster and Hyper-V implementations
Relevant Microsoft skills and certification and ITIL certificate would be highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience with most of the following applications – Hyper-V, VMware ESX.
Knowledge and experience with automated deployment mechanisms.
Knowledge of scripting languages, Linux, MySQL, automation approach (CI/ CD).
