Expert Tech Lead - MERN Stack & Mobile

Responsibilities:

• -Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of iOS, Android, and web applications using Swift, Kotlin, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• -Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications.
• -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, assisting with code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
• -Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• -Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile and web development, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• -Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the development team, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• -Drive the adoption of coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• -Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• -Stay informed about advancements and updates in the iOS, Android, and web development domains, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and tools for improved development processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience . Master's degree preferred.
• -Proven experience (5+ years) as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and web (MERN Stack) development.
• -Strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android platform-specific features, design patterns, and best practices.
• -Solid experience with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Excellent knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• -Demonstrated expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and frameworks.
• -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues, provide innovative solutions, and guide the team through effective decision-making.
• -Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile and web applications within project timelines and budgets.
• -Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• -Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• -Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
