Job Description
- Follow up the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy, including staff and workflow.
- Provide pharmacy services, including reviewing medication orders, counseling patients, and making recommendations to healthcare teams.
- Review patient medication profiles to identify and resolve potential drug-related issues (e.g., drug interactions, contraindications).
- Mentor and train junior pharmacists and pharmacy interns.
- Contribute to medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA at Pharmacy
- Licensure: Active and valid pharmacist license.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior role.
