Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freelancer Recruiter to join our freelancing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring
- identify and attract top talents and Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, and experience.
- Build and maintain a network of potential Talent candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.
- Market Research
- Handling KPIs for other employees
Job Requirements
- 1-4 hours per day
- Working till 8 PM KSA time
- Might be more than 4 hours
- Working during weekend
- 4-4.5 USD per hour
- Contract Till the end of the year
