Job Description
- Oversees day-to-day operations.
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
- Motivate team members. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Encourage creativity and risk-taking. Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
- Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching to them.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in B2B, 2:5 years
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Good computer skills for spreadsheets.
- Communication & People management skills Experienced in dealing with a CRM System.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
