Job Description

  • Prepare the daily report for the sales team.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations,
  • Send sales targets weekly to team with required achievements,
  • Maintaining quality control calls for customers.
  • Distribute leads to the sales team alternately and monitor the team's work.
  • Handling CRM Procedures.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
  • Working to meet Sales team needs.
  • Maintain Meetings records and clients data and status update
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Ensure Sales Attendance is met.
  • Ensure company policy and procedures compliance.
  • Support for the Recruitment process and interview schedule and appointments.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for Events, for the committee, board, and other meetings,

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferable English Sector).
  • Females only.
  • Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM Oriented
  • Presentable
  • Very well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in following up with a sales team.
