The Furniture Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional manner to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase products effectively, explaining the features and benefits of each item to customers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly or annual sales goals as set by the company.
  • Sales Process Completion: Oversee the entire sales process, from product selection to final purchase and delivery.
  • Preparing Quotations: Provide accurate price quotes for products and offer information on promotions or discounts.
  • Professional Advice: Offer expert advice to customers regarding furniture choices, considering space, design, and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for customer orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues, offering suitable solutions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote new products, sales, or special offers to attract customers.
  • Stay Updated: Keep updated with market trends, product changes, and competitive pricing to maintain knowledge.Suggest furniture setup inside client homes, as required or requested
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in furniture.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
