Monglish Academy is currently looking for:
Education Customer Service
The Education Customer Service serves as the face of the school, greeting students and parents and providing them with information. Supervisors schedule appointments, answer phones, and give administrative support to teachers and school teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervising classes.
-Compiling reports accurately and efficiently.
-Creating student grade reports.
-Filing student reports and other documents.
-Ordering new supplies of items including stationery.
-Answering the phone.
-Dealing with queries and complaints.
-Taking messages for teachers.
-Greeting parents and other individuals who arrive at the school.
-Providing visitors/students/parents with -an appropriate orientation about the school.
-Updating records that relate to both student and staff members.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
-Experience from 3 to 4 years.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Especially word and average level at Excel).
- Excellent English level.
