Job Description

 • Develop and teach curriculum in sales and customer service, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and educational guidelines. 

• Incorporate real-world applications and technology-based solutions in teaching to enhance students’ practical skills. 

• Deliver lessons on topics such as customer relationship management (CRM), retail sales techniques, inventory management, point of sale (POS) systems, merchandising, and customer service etiquette. 

• Plan and organize hands-on learning activities and projects, such as mock sales transactions, customer service simulations, and retail store setups. Student Engagement and Support:

 • Provide clear instructions and engage students through interactive teaching methods, including case studies, role-playing, group discussions, and practical exercises. Job title Sales and customer service (RETAIL TEACHER). Line Manager Education Manager Department Education Direct reports - 

• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support where needed. 

• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity within a customer service and sales context.

 • Prepare and assess assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams to evaluate student knowledge and skills. Classroom Management: 

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

 • Manage student behavior, encourage active participation, and resolve conflicts when necessary. 

• Ensure that all students have access to the resources and materials they need to succeed. Assessment and Reporting:

 • Assess student performance and progress through written tests, practical exams, and performance-based assessments.

 • Provide regular reports on student attendance, performance, and behavior to school administration and parents (if applicable).

 • Help students set personal and professional goals to aid in their career development

 

Job Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

 • Certification in retail management or customer service is an advantage.

• TOT certification is a MUST.

 • At least 3-5 years of experience working in retail, customer service, or sales, with demonstrable success in a managerial or supervisory role. 

• Previous proven teaching or training experience. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to design and implement a student-centered curriculum with a focus on practical learning. 

• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.

 • Expertise in retail technology, including POS systems, CRM software, and ecommerce platforms.

 • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. 

 • English language skills
