Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Photocopying, scanning, typing, and printing needed documents
- Drafting Memos & Letters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Gender: Females
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
