Architecture Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Technical Staging specialist team member to join our real estate team at Morph. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for property staging, design visualization, and digital media. You’ll be supporting both off-plan property staging (with 3D visualizations) and furnished property presentations (with professional photography and virtual tours).

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualization: Assist in creating 3D visuals for off-plan properties to help clients envision the completed spaces.
• Photography & Virtual Tours: Capture high-quality photos and virtual tours of furnished properties to showcase their best features.
• Staging Preparation: Work closely with the Operations Manager to prepare properties for listing, ensuring all digital and physical aspects of staging are handled professionally.
• Quality Control: Ensure all visuals meet Morph’s standards, with clear, engaging representations that attract potential buyers.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver visuals and support material for property listings.
