- Provide productive feedback to the team
- Coaching and closing deals for the sales if needed

- He will make sure that the showroom is always up to the standards
- Understand all the different competitors in the market
Job Requirements
- Not less than 10 years’ experience, minimum 5 years in a Managerial Role is a Must
- Good taste in furniture colors
- Experience in managing Furniture showroom is a Must.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering background is preferable.
