Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and driving our brand's online success.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for social media channels.
  • Schedule and post content, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Creation:

  • Produce visually appealing and informative multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Optimize content for each platform, considering the target audience.

Media Buying:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with advertising trends and industry best practices.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools.
  • Create regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve social media strategies.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community and loyalty among our social media followers.
  • Engage with the audience, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and influencers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and media buying.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
